Couldnā€™t have asked for a more perfect car for our wedding transport. Clover is a beautiful car and looks in excellent condition- with the ribbons too she set the tone of the wedding. Both bride and groom are over 6ft tall, though there was a deceptively comfortable amount of space inside. Even though it was in extreme heat, the windows down the back seats were cool the whole journey.

Took several attempts to book a vehicle as several were listed as available, payment was taken, and then the owners rejected the booking requests. Very frustrating. Also confusion on the day as the driver waited at the venue, expecting to chauffeur the guests for the return leg, which was not the official arrangement . A miscommunication there. All this said, I did receive help on the telephone from a member of staff who was very gracious and professional. Unfortunately I forget her name, but she had a continental European accent. This is an efficient service with a great range of cars to consider. The only reason I have given them 4 stars rather than the 5 it was only when we were sitting in the showroom collecting the car we were told there is an Ā£2,500 excess on the car. This was something we would have to pay if there were any incidents whilst the car was in our care. I feel this was something we should know about at the time of booking as it really needed to be taken into account at that point of the process. Other than that, a wonderful experience.
